The hotel is stunning, offering breathtaking views. The transportation to Palomino Island was convenient, but the check-in process was a nightmare. They claimed they didn’t have a system. We arrived at 10am but we cannot checked in until 6 p.m. we when to the lobby and we were stuck in a line for over an hour to get our room. The return trip from the island was equally long, so be prepared for those waits.
