Beautiful little hideaway!

This little place makes me feel like hidding away for a month. I felt right at home. It was so charming. It feels like a place where you could pen the next great novel. The location is perfect. It's only a few blocks from all essentials, yet far enough away from any noisy hustle and bustle. My kind of place.

La atención con el personal fue fluida y respetuosa. Sin embargo hay puntos importantes que se pueden mejorar, empezando por que de acuerdo la app reservamos una habitación con cama king size y nos dieron una habitación con cama matrimonial, al intentar hacer el cambio nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno y no podian ofrecernos otra habitación, sin embargo tampoco se modifco en el costo. El anunció se menciona que hay servicio de limpieza pero al llegar por la noche y percartarnos que no se habia realizado al preguntar nos dijeron que no contaban con ese servicio más que el cambio de blancos en caso de requerirlo. El ventilador de la habitación ya se veia viejo y con poco mantenimiento, por lo que no cumplia su función y hacia mucho ruido, por momentos se apagaba, por lo que se encerraba mucho calor en la habitación. En nuestra ultima noche llego una gran familia a hospedarse pero desde muy temprano (6am) hicieron demasiado ruido y gritos de piso a piso, pese a que esto no depende de la administración si considero que son detalles que tienen que cuidar. La habitación es demasiado basica solo se proporcionó un jabón para las manos, shampoo y dos toallas, esto lo escribo con la intencion que tomen sus previsiones ya que nosotros nos confiamos que habrian más amenidades por lo que comparamos varias bebidas y alimentos para refrigerar y calentar. Por ultimo, en el anuncio se hace referencia de guardar equipaje pero al solicitar esa opción nos dijeron que no podiamos tardar.

Once you have the correct location you’ll find that you are on walking distance of the main downtown area spots, a perfect place if you just need to take a shower, sleep and keep your stuff safe while you walk thru the city over a weekend or want to have an extended vacation including other cities, towns near the capital.

El lugar bastante amplio, cómodo y limpio. El anfitrión súper amable y atento. La ubicación muy buena, si bien no está en el centro, está todo muy cerca. Lo único que no me gustó es que no pude pagar con tarjeta, de ahí en más todo muy bien!!

Limpio y tranquilo!

Lugar tranquilo, a las afueritas del mero centro historico. Muy cercas de las momias de guanajuaro y mercado hidalgo. El host es muy amable. Asegurenze que le marquen antes de su llegada para que el les tenga las llaves listas. Lugar muy recomendado!

El servicio es pésimo, no te abren la puerta del hotel aunque estés tocando por horas, tuve que hacer varias llamadas hasta que lo conseguí y todavía tardaron un buen rato en abrir, además la persona que lo hizo estaba muy confundida. No había artículos como toallas, papel higiénico o jabón y para pedirlos eran otros ratos tratando de localizar al encargado para que los pudiera proporcionar e igual tardaba en aparecer, lo mismo paso para poderle entregar las llaves. Me parece que es un bonito lugar con potencial pero con ese tipo de servicio se cae toda experiencia de la estancia.

Al llegar al hotel nunca nadie salio, por lo que me toco irme a otro lado y al día siguiente me habian hecho el debido a la tarjeta, hice varias llamadas a la plataforma para hacer el reclamo, una de las escusas que dieron es q habian salido a dar un tour y luego no se pudieron comunicar nuevamente con los del hotel, ahora debo esperar para mi reembolso
