The hotel is very nice, the pool are is beautiful, the staff are incredible, specially the man who recived the cars. He recommended us great dinning places, a great tour that last 4 hrs. I will definitely back.

While the hotel itself is pleasant, the location is not convenient for accessing the main attractions. Furthermore, the staff were not very helpful in providing recommendations. I also found a false eyelash stuck to my supposedly clean towel, which is unacceptable. These shortcomings negatively affected my stay, and I believe the property should address them to meet guest expectations.

Beautiful hotel grounds and excellent services by the ost kind staff. However the room we had was clean but very basic and old, missing the little things like cups , mini fridge and coffee machine. The hotel is located a bit out of the way, about 20 min walk to the town center (centre historica) However only a short taxi ride $3-$4 us dollars. and the hotal front desk can call you a taxi anytime.

The property is great, nice areas to relax and a lot things are within minutes of walking or driving. Th only bad thing on my experience was the the exhaust fan in my restroom wasn't working.

One of the few properties with their own parking. Can walk to (good 10/15 minutes)…. Not so bad going… on the way back it’s part up hill plus you might already be tired from all the walking / shopping.

The hotel is very nice place to stay and staff was very nice. Compliment to Francisco who took care of us every time we pulled up. We did have an issue with the AC and was being noisy, but the maintenance did seem to repair it.

The site was very interesting. Starting to show it's age the wing that they had us stay in you could see it was starting to be a bit run down. Other than that things were very clean, staff was courteous and quick to help out. It is a bit away from downtown, but to be honest you really don't want to be driving around down there anyways and can just take the bus or an uber. Was caught a little off guard on having to pay for parking but it was only 85 pesos so not a crazy amount.
