Very nice hotel. Clean amd comfortable. Very close to metro station (literally right across thw street from the hotel). Restaurants within walkable distance. Hotel breakfast has lots of variety. Will definitely book again.

Huge and very good hotel.

Hotel is huge, and well equipped. Rooms are modern and nicely appointed. Breakfast was great, a lot of options. Lots of nice areas in the lobby to work or sit and relax. Gym is well equiped. I was there only for one night, but enjoyed.

The bar downstairs was not well staffed, or efficient, but, the rest of my 5 day stay was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner were extremely satisfying. The only let down would be the raw/sashimi oysters lacked flavour.

Good for family.

The hotel is newly renovated and kept in a good condition. Smart toilets and electronic curtain. The lobby is grand. My 23months son kept saying “so tall”. There are also birds and bunnies in the hotel to keep toddler entertained. The kids club is fun but crowded during peak time. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, but it’s repeating everyday…… The hotel is conveniently located right at the exit of subway, although it’s out of town and takes quite some time to travel to everywhere. There’s a children’s park nearby and a shopping mall across the park, where you can find good selection of restaurants. Food delivery is also convenient at the hotel and robots can bring up the food. The infant cots is way too low so not easy to use. However the sofa can be nicely converted to an infant bed. The hotel is quiet. The room aircon temperature sensor seems to be problematic though. Overall is quite satisfied.

The property is very nice and located in a good area in Guangzhou, the staff are also nice and helpful but the language barrier is a real issue when trying to communicate with the them. Over all I would highly recommended this property whether you are visting Guangzhou for business or pleasure.

Our stay was very pleasant.Location very convenient Metro station walking distance. Not far from airport. Breakfast was nice but we would appreciate if you can have a seperate corner for vegetarian . Lounge also was very relaxing

Extremely clean and new. Price is affordable as well. There is a shopping mall one station away with lots of food options. However there is no direct passageway between the hotel and the nearest metro station. The station exit directly facing the hotel has no escalator. The station exit with escalator needs a slight detour. There is also a road between the station exit and hotel and there is no traffic light/crossing there either, making it inconvenient. Otherwise, it is a great hotel.

Very pleasant stay starting with nice and friendly greeting upon arrival. Help checking. Club floor was great too with ample of choices of foods but not so great about the wines or Champaign selections. Unfortunately the service in the bar areas let the Marriott Baiyun down. It was like the staff had blinkers on and would ignore us. So many times, we have to remind them of our orders. A drink order on a quiet night with maybe 3 other tables would take over 20 minutes ! We are talking of a glass of wine and beer! Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel for its Luxury at a good price. Not close to much but DiDi is so cheap to use I would definitely stay yheee again
