The hotel is located near walkable streets with local restaurants/food joints. Very safe to walk around. The front desk is extremely helpful with answering questions and calling a taxi for the guests - I used Google translate to communicate. We did not use the pool or gym facilities. Laundry room (washer/dryer/detergent) is free and available on 9th floor. Tammy at the front desk was helpful above and beyond her duties. Will stay again.

In short, I will request or advise Travelocity Please don't do this with your loyal customers. There was no Room Service, Restaurant is almost non-functional . even during their prescribed time, the restaurant was not open.There was No SPA or Health facilities, as they have advertised.

Room is very small. No luggage stand. Shower gel and shampoo does not flow out easily from container. Room has no view Bed not level Guest were smoking in restaurant despite 'NO SMOKING' sign displayed. Receptionists were helpful.
