My recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Renhe Baiyun Airport was a mixed experience. While the hotel offered convenience and comfortable amenities, one notable drawback was the language barrier with the staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient front desk, but I quickly noticed that the staff struggled with English communication. This became evident during various interactions, including inquiries about local attractions and ordering room service. Unfortunately, the language barrier hindered the overall hospitality experience, and it was challenging to convey specific requests. Despite the language challenge, the room itself was clean, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable environment.
