Very nice hotel. Clean , friendly staff. This is a five star hotel. The 3 star rating is due to the massive metro construction next to the property. When booking there was no mention of this construction. At check in , we were informed that there will be noise but no option to cancel. Construction supposed to stop from midnight to 8am. However the first night it went on all night and the other two nights was on and off. The hotel provided ear plugs!!!!

Above expectations in almost every aspect. Room was huge and very very well appointed with quality finishings and is very well maintained. True to the value of the Kempinski brand! 5-stars. The location is also very central to most of Guangzhou, with short travel times generally.

Nice new hotel in Guangzhou with excellent room finishing including kitchen however there was no kitchen sets provided during my stay, good staff working and very helpful

Best hotel in the city
Modern hotel with great service! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is located close to a hair saloon, restaurants, bars and shopping malls. The staff are so kind. The concierge even ordered me take out on my behalf. The rooms are modern and the views are breathtaking. The best hotel I have stayed in Guangzhou so far.

酒店舒適，房間非常大而且設有煮食工具，方便家庭以及情侶旅遊。而且酒店職員服務良好，check in時等得太耐，職員還會送上小禮物表示抱歉。但是由於城市建設，附近有很多道路工程，有機會會有噪音影響。
