Litte Gem in the hustle of Tianhe.

Bit warn but friendly staff, great location and good price make this a winner for me. If your looking for 5 star luxury look elsewhere but if you want comfy stay, with washing machine, good internet, clean sheets and great shower this place is worth a look.

Staff attitube was very poor, they were unable to check my booking, even I can provided ref number. They were going to refuse my check in and requested me to call hotel.com, it was radiculous and unacceptable. The staffs are inexperienced and have no ability to handle all normal counter work.

Awrful hotel worst service !

Terrible experience ! i arrived and the counter rejected me ! They did not accept the reservation ! Theyhad no comand of english ! i thought I was on the wrong hotel ! i tried to follow the location of the map and was in the middle of no where ! I catched a taxi again and took me to the same address ! They kept telling me that was not There ! The I called Hotels.com ! They called some body thst spoke english ! Already 2 hours later ! Event with the call from the company service was awrful ! I was in the middle of no where because this hotel toldme that was not with them ! Once I got to the room the placed had bothing to do with the pictures ! Room not clean and old, shower discusting ! Worst experience I ever had with Hotels !

住宿条件是还行，可是前台和住的地方是分开的。。迷你型的私人承包公寓。。一栋楼有好多家公寓。环境有点复杂。。地理位置还是不错的。

Not good at all.

Walls are dirty, the bathroom has a constant smell of sewerage, the beds are hard, doors are broken, not a very good area. The photos are a lot better than the reality. Not good at all.

安く済ませたい方や長期滞在者にはいいかも

受付が宿泊ロビーではなく、斜向かいに近接したビル一階での受付のためわかりづらい。 備え付けのソファーはくたびれ、パイプがくたびれたソアーの隙間を埋めるため？差し込まれていました。 内装は良く言えばシンプル・正直に言えば殺伐とした部屋で清潔感も残念ながら感じられませんでした。 風呂はシャワーのみ、仕切りがあったと思われる部分は撤去され仕切り無し状態。 足元のタイルはひび割れ剥がれた状態。 水圧も低くシャワーでは風邪をひきそうでした。

Aircon not working at all and lights not working well. Toilet smells. Mouldy walls. Unfriendly staff. Hard to find the apartment's reception counter. Terrible experience.

此酒店有多間代理商代理, 而這間代理竟然在酒店對面, 問了很多人才找到, 而且房間沒有電話, 上網也不時無間斷供應, 十分不滿, 想找個服務員都難, 地鐵站亦超級遠, 酒店下面找一台TAXI都沒有, 絕對不會再去!! 被網站顯示的地圖害慘, 完全錯的, 害我和家人多走遠路.

The location of the hotel is quite remote. It takes 20 mins to walk from the Metro. The room and toilet is very dirty and even stain. The ventaliaton is poor. I would not recommend my friend to stay there.

Superb hotel, fantastic location! Dont miss it!

In the centre of Guangzhou, the Tiyu Xilu and Zhujiang New Town subways are both 10 mins walk away in either direction. Got to the hotel by subway from the airport to Tiyu Xilu.There are loads of the best shopping malls in Guangzhou (Teemall and Grandview and Onelink Mall) open til late near Tiyu (West) Xilu and Tiyu (East) Donglu.They house all the action (10 yuan by cab or walk it). Theres many types of diff cuisines close by. Cabs stop right in front of the hotel and it took us 10 minutes and 24 yuan to get to the Pazhou Canton Fair, although the subway is just as easy to take, costing us 6 yuan. The hotel has 24 hour 7-Eleven and Family Marts downstairs, as well as an absolutely fantastic, highly recommended western bar/restaurant called Covent Garden in the square of a set of the apartments that took us back to London! We went there regularly. The rooms in this hotel are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms are a great size, kitchenettes have washing machines, fridge and microwaves. Internet connectivity in the room is free and great. There is a big sofabed that we lazed around in. Few different english channels on tv. very comfortable bed. Drawbacks are the pillows, too soft or thin. Its hard to communicate with staff, we used the Google Translate app. They charge 30 yuan a day for plates and cutlery. Apart from that we were very happy with the room rate and location and are staying there again when we return to Guangzhou in a few days time!
