The location of the hotel was great. Being part of the Marriott brand, I was expecting better services n standards. Called the front desk on few occasions, but the staff didn’t sounded too friendly. Dong Fang Hotel Guangzhou
地理位置优越，环境不错，房间也很舒适，前台carman和celine两个人服务非常棒，马上办理入住手续和满足客人的需求。由于离酒店是早上很早，值班经理还非常帮忙的帮助我们把行李拿出外面，服务非常好，感谢。但是发现2号楼的客房服务不是很到位，我们用过的水杯和咖啡杯并没有清理，咖啡和茶并没有补充，出现这个问题共有两次，也投诉了两次，第二次的时候先打电话到客房服务跟小姐姐服务员说了，居然说不在他们服务范围内，让我们非常不满意，然后投诉到客房经理，客房经理居然说之前电话是AI回答，这样推卸责任的回答让人非常无语。我住2号楼之前在同一酒店的1号楼住过，1号楼清洁从来没有这种问题，这让我很失望，希望以后会有所改进。
