On the other hand, I had a serious health issue related to the breakfast buffet. I was recovering from food poisoning for four days; after temporarily moving to another hotel to rest, I became ill again immediately after eating at the buffet upon my return. Additionally, we experienced daily inconveniences with the towel service, as we had to wait until after 4:00 p.m. to receive them. "Overall, the stay was very good. We had an issue with having not hot water. After unpacking and settling into the room I attempted to take a shower only to discover not hat water. After several attempts to resolve the issue we were giving another room which required us to pack up and relocate to another room."
