Foi ótima! Pé na areia! Porém três coisas podem melhorar: geladeira ser duplex (pois na foto aprece duplex e tem uma pequena que funciona mal), iluminação da cozinha e trocar a panela de pressão. Ademais que vista maravilhosa!

Apartamento muito bem localizado com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar da sala e do quarto suíte, proprietário sempre solicito, porteiros muito atenciosos, mercado pertinho com padaria deliciosa, o apartamento é simples com utensílios básicos porém q atende bem as necessidades, comporta adequadamente 7 pessoas, só precisa de manutenção em todas as janelas de vidro que estão muito duras para abrir e dificultava muito nosso dia a dia e no quarto de solteiro não tem janela só vidros isso incomoda muito pois nos obriga a acordar assim q clareia o dia, mas fora isso tivemos ótimos dias de descanso, recomendamos e voltaremos em outra oportunidade.

Excelente localização e apartamento.

Eu e minha família ficamos neste apartamento neste carnaval de 2017. O apartamento é como descrito no anuncio, estava bem limpo e organizado, além disso a localização é excelente. O Sr. Ronaldo foi super atencioso em tirar as dúvidas antes da viagem e o pessoal do prédio foram super receptivos. Próximo ao Prédio existem mercados, padaria, tudo o que é necessário. Não é necessário ficar utilizando o carro, exceto queira conhecer outros lugares. Enfim, foi uma viagem que deixou boas lembranças. Esperamos em um futuro voltar e desfrutar de bons momentos neste local novamente.

Apartamento em frente a Praia das Pitangueiras, com serviço de praia, porteiros atenciosos e prestativos, muito sossegado, espaçoso, quartos devidamente mobiliados, banheiros com excelentes duchas, com uma sala enorme e vista maravilhosa da praia conforme anúncio, cozinha com os utensilios simples porem não faltou nada para se fazer o essencial. Perto do apto tem disponivel supermecado, padaria, quiosques de diversas variedades, o Bar Avelinos está ao lado e dá para ir a pé ao Shopping La Plaza gasta-se 10 min, tiramos o carro apenas para ir em outras praias. Passamos o carnaval em 8 pessoas e não temos nada do que reclamar em relação ao proprietário Sr. Francisco assim como do seu apartamento e em outras oportunidades não exitaremos em contatá-lo.
