Apartamento excelente, vista maravilhosa, localização perfeita em frente ao shopping, espaçoso, arejado, aconchegante, decorado com muito bom gosto, exatamente como nas fotos. O apto é excelente, tudo perto, é exatamente o que mostra nas fotos. Quando eu aluguei confesso que fiquei um pouco preocupada, mas o proprietário é super atencioso, respondeu todas as minhas perguntas, os porteiros todos educados. Razoável!

O imóvel é bem localizado, apesar dos aparelhos de ar condicionado do shopping fazerem bastante barulho, nos obrigando a ter q dormir com as janelas totalmente fechadas, Qto a acomodação, tanto o living qto a sala de tv contam apenas com um sofá de dois lugares. Como é que se tem acomodação para 8 ou 10 pessoas e nem metade pode assistir uma tv? No living tem uma tv bem antiga q não funciona. Comentei com o proprietário ,q por sinal se mostrou mto atencioso, que o apto estava com limpeza deixando muuito a desejar. Cabelos no chão, gaveta de talheres até com guardanapo sujo dentro. Acredito que para um apartamento neste padrão, deveria haver um cuidado maior com as louças, talheres, copos, eletrodomésticos, enfim....toda a cozinha e sofás.

Estivemos hospedados nos dias 19 e 20/11 em 8 pessoas e passamos um final de semana maravilhoso nesse lindo apartamento. Apartamento limpo, arejado, muito bem mobiliado e decorado.
