We had an issue with the room and Natalia the manager fixed it in no time The restaurant staff also very nice specially Julio We recommend this hotel, we have travelled all over the world and this is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We would love to come back.

The location, resort, and staff were great. The only down fall is that the bathroom did not have ventilation and the window in the bathroom felt like you did not have privacy, but besides that It was wonderful stay.

We booked very last minute and only for one night but I wish we had been here longer. Excellent location, the breakfast was the finest we have had in Colombia and the waiting staff are beyond attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. I genuinely cannot find fault with this lovely hotel. I would certainly return and I highly recommend staying here.

From check in until check out the experience was wonderful. The ambiance, the staff and the food were all above expectations. My only regret was not staying longer! This hotel is definitely worth spending time visiting as the lake and community were incredible!

Nice hotel but loud guests may ruin your stay

The hotel is nice and the rooms large and confortable. Unfortunately, the room hot tubs are on the balconies and you may get loud guests disturbing your rest. There should be enforceable times at night the tubs to be shut down.

Love this hotel, beautiful large room. Perfect size hotel , very cost. Food was good. Can book boat , jet ski directly from the hotel and its dock. We had a room downstairs that had a fan and it worked well for us in July.
