"We arrived on a Friday, the water didn’t work. It seemed like they knew this was an issue because after we called the would turn it on for about 20 minutes and then it would be off. We called no less than 7 times about this issue. After dealing with this we also had intermittent power issues. There is barely any light in the room and it’s incredibly dark, They also claimed they had natural ventilation but the room was so hot we had to go into the hallway to cool off… they eventually brought us a fan which did little. After all this the couldn’t even give us a free meal or an apology. Do yourself a favor and stay away…"

"The breakfast menu was excellent, the staff attention was unique and personalized. We sense that the attendances really care for the customers and ready to any particular suggestions. I was in Bogotá for a dental procedure, and was a delicate situation; and all staff without exception were very attentive, and they cook to my needs in this particular situation. I can't name everyone but Vanessa , Juliana, Julian, Daniel, Andres, Luis, Carlos, all of them become like family. We appreciate the nice attention we got . Thank you .
