Very enjoyable stay. I have stayed at two other hotels in Guatemala City, but this was the best in my opinion. The staff are very nice, the rooms are large and clean and have smart tvs. The fitness room was a bit disappointing as it had very limited space and very little equipment (like a lot of hotel fitness rooms) but the pool is very nice. It’s very centrally located and you are close to pretty much everything in zone 10. Uncle Sam’s sports bar is right across the street and it’s a good place to catch a game and have a few drinks and a bite to eat. They have a laundry room with washing machines and dryers which is very convenient. I would certainly stay here again

Clean, safe, spacious, convenient & perfect for what we needed. Not to mention having a refrigerator is a huge bonus when traveling in Guatemala. The only minor down side was how hard the pillow was but overall, it was a great stay!

Casa Serena was everything advertised and more. The property is beautifully designed around a central atrium with water features, plants, mature trees, a pool, hot tub, and a small children’s play area. The private spaces surrounding the courtyard make it feel peaceful and secluded, while the restaurant and other amenities are conveniently located on-site. The staff were professional, personal, and exceptionally accommodating. A special thank you to Robin, who arranged an early check-in after transportation protests changed my travel plans and brought me into Guatemala City around 6:00 a.m. My scheduled check-in wasn’t until 3:00 p.m., but they had my room ready and graciously provided the early check-in at no additional charge. The location in Zone 10 is excellent for walking, shopping, restaurants, and exploring the neighborhood. Beautiful property, excellent service, and genuinely thoughtful hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recomend Casa Serena.

The apartment hotel stay was excellent. I would definitely prefer to come back next time as well. The place is very clean and comfortable, conveniently located close to the airport and several nearby malls. It’s perfectly suited for business travellers and tourists

Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!

Spacious and clean

I was supposed to stay at the Westin with a group but was unable to since I waited too long. This place is 3 to 4 short blocks away. Sara the front desk lady is learning English and likes to practice, which is nice. The rooms were very spacious And more than I thought it would be. Nice hot tub, but didn't swim in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place.
