The hotel and rooms are a bit old, I was in a deluxe. Overall it was clean and breakfast was ok. You get what you pay for. The area is very good, a lot of dining options and very central. I find that prices of hotels in Guatemala are higher than in other cities (i.e. Panama, hotels of similar quality).

Hotel clean Easy check in Good breakfast Location ok Young lady dealing with breakfast area in the morning was very welcoming and helpful - premium service, deserves a pay rise for sure! Staff at reception was struggling with english - bit of a shame for an hotel

We have stayed here 3 times and the service has been excellent. The service and cleanliness is top notch. They have a nice gym as well.
