Great location, beautiful facilities, very safe, great staff, beautiful view. As a smell sensitive person, it was very smoky in the hallway from the restaurant on the same floor.

Very nice modern room decoration. Excellent quality of the befsheets. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, amazing. Yet, the rooms are very small. They are tiny. Maybe good for one young person. But, couples may feel compressed.

This is a fantastic property. Great rooms some with an outdoor seating area. Really nice: beds, linens and pillows. Air con, and a nice restaurant and bar and coffee shop. this hotel is the Best deal in town. close to bars and restaurants. and to top it off profits from the hotel are used to send several Guatemalan children to school. Each hotel room has the name of a sponsored child on the door. and inside is a beautiful picture of the child with a little bio. stay in this nice hotel for the children. you will be glad you did. check out the Good Hotels mission here https://goodhotel.co/guatemala-city/do-good. check out their London property that uses profits to help the homeless.

This hotel is very nice, the room wasnt that big but it was very elegant. There's no TV, radio, or refrigerator. There is water, a water heater for tea and coffee available for guests. The view was beautiful. And staff was very polite and helpful. The communication with the front desk is through whatsapp.

Great property and the staff are great and helpful, the only issue is that sometimes some of the guests can be noisy and a little bit loud. Other than that Good hotel is just great!

Best Hotel
I had a cosmetic procedure done and needed a place to stay before my flight to NYC. Good Hotel was the absolute best choice. The hotel is beautiful, service is amazing, and their support for community is admirable. The best experience I’ve ever had in any hotel.

Tiny stay
The room felt like a converted shipping container, which was really cool! Everything was efficiently set up with hooks and storage. It was a bit tight for two people. However a very big shower! The staff was great, very responsive and helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best place to stay if visiting guatemala. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel building is only 2 years old (01.16.23 date of stay). Plenty of new restaurant within 3-5 mins walk, very safe community.

This property was really nice. It’s in zone 4 which is the art’s district. There are lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. It’s a great area to stay and safe to walk around in. It’s also only about a 20 minute drive to the airport, so it’s perfect for staying prior to travel.

I was reluctant to reserve a hotel called good hotel, but it really is a good little hotel and their is a concept behind the reason why they call it Good Hotel which you will understand when you stay there. I have reserved there again.
