This was a very safe and mostly quiet property away outside of the city. While we were next to a busy street, we were still within a safe zone. Not walkable, and you must have private transportation, overall it was a nice experience.

Arrived at 10 pm on 12/29/24 we were welcome by a nice receptionist who attended our needs and explained restaurant times, money exchange, wifi, pool time, second day i ordered room service and they have a nice server named Fabio he was so polite, we would explain our breakfast every day i stayed 6 nights with my son and every day we had breakfast in our room, house keeper made sure our room was clean and beds made, my son and i had the most wonderful time in this hotel, i definitely recommend you to stay here, its affordable and beautiful.

The architecture and the atmosphere of the property is incredible, the comfort is really very pleasant. However, the staff in charge seems to be not very happy in their work and show a lot of lack of knowledge in their routine tasks. I definitely recommend the property but you have to improve a lot in customer service or improve training

My wife and I were lounging at the pool and my wife caught some guy behind a tree snapping photos of her. He ran and hid inside the bathroom and locked the door. I was banging on the door, then told an employee what happened using google translate. The employee said he would take care of it, then we heard NOTHING else about it and no one bothered to contact us. Made my wife and I feel so good n safe and gross.
