Pros: - Very nice staff. - Property is very clean and gorgeous - Good location. Walking distance to attractions - Room is clean, nice, and comfortable Cons: - Wifi is not great. Slow and was barely able to connect even close to the front area of the hotel. - hot water barely exists. Its there but only had them for few mins sometimes not at all. - shower drain is not draining properly so it pools a little bit. - breakfast was great, but very small portion. Maybe charge a little more to have proper portion? Although i really liked the value, the property, and staff, i sadly dont recommend this hotel because of the wifi situation.

Good property great price
Check in was flawless even though it was a last minute booking. (Within 8 hours of arrival) Older hotel very well maintained. There is no elevator even though the building is 4 stories. Only negative hot water was just available in the early morning hours. Staff was very accommodating. They allowed me to check in far ahead of the 3pm posted time. The adjoining restaurant had very good food, which was extremely economical. Location was good close to the central city.

The staff was mostly friendly and fairly efficient. The rooms, lobby, restaurant were fine. Seems to be a nice hotel right in downtown Guatemala City. Pretty convenient location.

Quick overnight stay only
Good for a very quick stopover but very noisy as there was a dog outside that constantly barked upto 1am. Area not safe as per reception staff after dark even though the streets were busy but was told as we would be a target to be robbed as foreigners.

Gracias por dejar tu comentario, nos es de utilidad para mejorar, te comentamos los ruidos externos en ocasiones son inevitables en el hotel somos amigos de los animales mas sin embargo no recibimos mascotas de razas grandes, quiere decir que el ruido era externo, respecto a la seguridad dentro del Hotel es muy seguro pero como cualquier parte de Guatemala la delicuencia Reyna, en recepcion solo se les alerto para que tuvieran la precaucion necesaria ya que por ser extranjeros pueden corren en riesgo en cualquier parte de Guatemala. Saludos cordiales.

😭el ruido de los demás fue horrible no pude dormir 😞 todo se escuchaba, pero eso no es culpa de hotel, pero poner rótulos de silencio al menos en pasillos, las almohadas están súper viejas y sucias.
