Desaster

On Sept. 12, I booked that night, I've arrived around 11PM, there was nobody there, I rang the bell few times, I called and there was no answer, it's more like a scam, I paid taxi to get there and to get out there. Why is this up for rent? Who is responsible? Who will reimburse my money? Anyway what a disgrace!

I'm not sure where the property that the photos are from is, but this is not the same property I showed up to. I am a very easy-going person and don't mind imperfections, however I didn't feel safe to lay down in the bed, and the bathrooms were so unclean I didn't feel comfortable showering. The person working there was an absolute sweetheart and there was a cute dog and a cat. Unfortunatley, I felt so uncomfortable I ended up leaving and booking into a different hotel

I was scammed by this hostel, I reserved 10 beds, and confirmed with Expedia. Once at the hostel I was told the reservation was only for 3 beds and was forced to pay for the "extra" beds. Expedia adviced me to pay in cash and they would refund me.. This never happened

Desagradable experiencia, publican que brindan desayuno incluido y no lo dan, el voluntario que se encarga de recibir a los visitantes solo lo ves cuando te recibe y luego se desaparece de tal manera que no queda nadie para consultar sobre dudas del hospedaje, el único baño que funciona está plagado de cucarachas que te pasan por los pies, la llave del grifo de agua de la cocina está presionada con una pesa encima porque de lo contrario el agua sale sin parar, el microondas no funciona, en fin la propiedad está en malas condiciones y la atención es casi inexistente. Tal vez un tiempo atrás fue mejor la atención y las condiciones del lugar pero actualmente no es el lugar donde quisieras pasar una noche.

Malisima experiencia

El lugar esta en "remodelacion" dijeron que no estaba disponible. Que avisaron a esta pagina para que no lo promocionaran como disponible. Perl en realidad no vi que hubieran remodelaciones. No entregan ni toalla, ni sabana, jabon o champu. La cocina estaba sucia en avandono, asqueroso lleno de cucarachas el baño y cocina, cuarto. En cocina no habia gas para calentar comida o agua para café, el microondas no funciona. No entregaron llave de cuarto solo de puerta de acceso a cuartos. Pero la puerta principal habia que dejarla topada, porque tampoco entregaron llave. El encargado no volvio para preguntar si necesitabamos algo. En la publicidad mencionaban que incluia 2 desayunos y no hubo nada de eso. Solicitaba reebolso para buscar otro lugar y no se puede. No volvere a utilizar esta plataforma para reservar un lugar. Porque deberian tener reenvolso o estar pendientes si los lugares que ofrecen realmente son adecuados. Cumplen con lo que ofrecen y sobretodo si son limpios.

Al llegar al lugar me cobraron de nuevo sabiendo que ya había hecho el pago online, mostré el recibo y aun así dijo el ayudante del lugar me dijo que debía cancelar otra vez el valor a pesar de ya haber hecho la reserva y el pago online. El lugar estaba demasiado sucio, excremento de perro por todo el lugar, el baño tenía un aseo terrible, no había agua en el lavamanos ni el inodoro, la ropa de cama olía mal… se que no estaba pagando por un hotel 5 estrellas pero por lo menos separaba un lugar limpio para dormir. Aparte el lugar luce totalmente diferente a como se ve en las fotos, tiene bastantes aspectos a mejorar
