"This hotel is very nice and located in the safest district in Guatemala City. The lobby is beautiful and the views are incredible from upper floors. The rooms are well appointed and clean, though ours was short on towels. I had to call twice just to get enough towels for my group to take showers. The restaurant is excellent and the service was attentive. I will say the staff as a whole isn't the friendliest, or the most service oriented. The front desk in particular. If you want to feel safe and stay in a nice place, its a good choice. Customer service could use improvement, especially since its a highly rated hotel."

"About the Outdoor pool, the area is absolutely beautiful. The sauna experience is incredibly relaxing, and having convenient shower facilities available right there, without having to go back up to the rooms, is simply wonderful. Enjoy it!"
