"Nice hotel with good amenities. The pool area is very nice. I would recommend the heated pool. The breakfast was average at best. We also had lunch there (which was extra) but the food was much better. We were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Colombia. The site obtained only minimal damage. We did not get much guidance and/or updates at first. But they did make up for it later - providing us with more info and contingency plans if there were aftershocks. The location is a little bit away from town so traveling back at night on dimly lit roads warrant some additional attention to the roads."

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and made for a perfect place to relax after a long day. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Their thoughtfulness and care made us feel truly valued as guests. "Everything functioned very well. The host communicates very well. They will set up a ride from the pueblo to the cabin and will cook meals upon request. The cabin is peaceful and has a beautiful view of jardin from the surrounding mountains."
