The apartment has two bedrooms. The main room with a comfortable King Size bed. Private balcony apartment overlooking the beach and the secondary room with two full size beds.

You will fall in love with the beautiful sunsets and the sound of the waves that you can appreciate from the balcony.

The condominium has private parking for guests.

Located in front of Juan Dolio beach, 20 minutes from Las Américas International Airport, 45 minutes from Santo Domingo, 30 minutes from La Romana and 500 meters from the public transport stop.

We will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for whatever you need during your stay. You can contact us by phone, text, or email.

Guests can access the pool, beach and all areas of the project.

We always recommend enjoying the beautiful area of ​​Juan Dolio on foot or by bicycle, however, if you like to walk beyond our city we recommend having a vehicle to enjoy the life of Santo Domingo.
