Un lugar al que ir después de una semana de arduo trabajo y reuniones. Este hermoso apartamento está situado en el completo La Gaviota, en el bulevar Juan Dolio, a solo 20 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Las Américas (AILA) y a 30 minutos de la ciudad de Santo Domingo.

El apartamento está completamente renovado con los mejores estándares de calidad y con una decoración moderna. Se encuentra en el 3er piso y consta de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos, cada habitación con aire acondicionado y Smart TV. La cocina totalmente equipada. El comedor también tiene calefacción con 2 aires acondicionados y también tiene un televisor inteligente. Es bastante espacioso y cómodo.

Needs New Property Manager

Trickling Cold Water, No Hot Water for 21 hours. Cannot flush toilets without water. Cannot wash hands after using the toilet. Not ideal for hygiene. Owners (seemed regretful of the situation) passed us to Property Manager that was unhelpful. Property Manager would only text sporadically and did not take a call from us until I had someone that would translate. Repair showed up after VRBO had arranged a hotel 21 hrs after being there and our cab was already loading our luggage to leave. The unit looked fine. The stress caused by the lack of resolution pertaining to the water issue by the Property Management company and the Constant VRBO communications left us so stressed that my fiancé and I were arguing and taking it out on each other. It was an absolute horrible start to a needed getaway.
Stayed 14 nights in Dec 2023
