I liked it , it has a tropical vibe to it that you dont find in other chain hotels for considerable more money, breakfast used to be amazing, now its good,good section of baked goods, cold cuts, cheeses, but some items could improve their quality, some of their staff could be more acomodating speacilly me being alone with a child, and keep their voice down at the dining areas, pool is not warm, but most of the time you dont need it to be, overall a great experience food and all.

Always enjoy my stay at Grand Hotel.

I always book this hotel when I’m in Guayaquil. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. It is never noisy, nobody slams the doors or yells in the corridors. The breakfast is excellent and their restaurant has a very good a la cart menu. They also have a nice pool, a gym and a sauna up on the 5th floor.
