NO HOT WATER AFTER A 12 hour day of travel and being exhausted. Hotel would not even offer me a complimentary breakfast for my hassles of no hotel water! I hope no gringos waste their money staying here! Horrible customer service!

This is one of the worst experience no communication arrived overcharged. Advertise breakfast ( charged me ) transportation to the airport same thing they charged me at the airport costed me 5 they charged me more … charge me $35 per person and the buffet is horrible !!! They served left over from the the previous days . A room for 6 they only had one towel.. they overcharged me over $225. Please do not go there you better with other choices at the airport . I only stayed 5 hours at the hotel. We try to contacted them weeks before and they never responded me . Please go somewhere else

I didn't eat breakfast. Overall my stay was excellent. Had staff meet me at airport and take me to the hotel. Check-in was very quick. Found the room to be spacious, very clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with the shower necessities. Was very pleased with my stay and highly recommend the hotel.
