The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

Stefania communicated well with us as speakers of English and was helpful in recommending the best restaurants. "Situata in posto strategico per le bellezze umbre di Spello, Assisi, Perugia, per citarne solo alcune, la struttura rustica è decisamente accogliente e caratteristica. Unico neo la superstrada che passa a fianco, rumorosa se si vuole godere degli ottImi ed ampi spazi esterni. Gli appartamenti risultano ottimamente isolati. Colazione internazionale molto varia ed abbondante sui dolci. Personale disponibilissimo e decisamente cordiale "
