"We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order."

"It does not have a pool. The hotel is more expensive than normal because of having a pool and breakfast but the pool was dry! and the buffet breakfast ran out of items in half an hour. It is July and the pool was covered with a fabric and it did not look like it was under maintenance so I think they ..."
