The room was great! Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Check in/out was fast and easy. The food was excellent. The wait staff took too long to come take our order (20 min), but other than that service was great. This hotel is close to the Peppa Pig park (5 min drive). We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

En general bueno pero cosas por mejorar.

La relación calidad-precio deja un poco que desear, la cama es muy blanda y causa dolor de espalda. El lavamanos es muy pequeño y se moja todo el baño. La habitación es pequeña. Buena ubicación si viajas a Legoland y el servicio es bueno. En general la estancia es buena pero hay cosas que mejorar en las habitaciones para que la relación con el costo mejore.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen für einen Besuch im Lego-Land. Wir haben ein Dreibett-Zimmer gebucht, wobei man sagen muss, dass das Schlafsofa nicht wirklich als Bett gerechnet werden kann. Ein Rausfallschutz für ein Kleinkind kann am Schlafsofa nicht befestigt werden somit muss ein Erwachsener darin übernachten. Ist aber für ein Erwachsener viel zu klein und auch unbequem. Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inkl. Klimaanlage und Minibar. Der langehaarige Teppich im Zimmer war nicht nach meinem Geschmack - Holzboden wäre deutlich hygienischer. Das Frühstück für € 15 ist reichhaltig und lecker. Der Parkplatz kostet pro Tag zusätzlich € 5. Das Hotel verfügt über Brandschutztüren welche aber konstant offen stehen und mit einem Holzkeil arretiert werden. Im Brandfall verheerend.

Der im Zimmer und Gangbereich verlegte hochflorige Teppichboden ist sehr schön aber anscheinend nicht für diese Nutzung geeignet. Dieser verbreitet einen ziemlich Muffigen Geruch welcher sehr unangenehm war. Es ist natürlich für die Raumpflege erleichternd wenn sie nicht permanent Saugen müssen aber auch die Staubbelastung ist dadurch natürlich relativ hoch und für Staubempfindliche wie mich, naja. Alles andere in diesem Hotel war allerdings Top!! Total freundliches Personal, Schönes Hotel und auch das essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.

Ein ansprechendes Hotel in guter Lage und mit guter Ausstattung für einen Legolandbesuch. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen ausreichend groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Feiertags die zusätzlichen Angebote wie Bar, Restaurant und Sauna nicht nutzen. Wir werden aber gerne mal wieder kommen.

Het was over het algemeen goed. De service in het restaurant kon toch wat beter. Samen met het aperitief werd ook onze drank voor bij de maaltijd gebracht en eveneens na 5 minuten onze maaltijd zelf. Er was totaal geen tijd tussen. Zeker een punt om aan te werken.

Nice hotel

We stayed here for one night. It was nicer than I expected. We visited Legoland on opening day and it snowed!!! The hot shower at the hotel was the perfect remedy for being cold all day. The beds were comfy and the hotel deadly quiet.

Ok für Legoland

Hotel liegt gut zum Legoland Sauberes Hotel Freundliches Personal Sicherheitstür hat nur extram genervt da sie bei jedem Durchgang laut zugefallen ist Corona- mäßig war auch nicht alles logisch z.B musste man Handschuhe zum Frühstücksbuffet anziehen, jedoch stand im Raum kein Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung Personal hatte medizin. Masken an aber die Besucher mussten FFP2 anziehen Frühstücksbuffet für ein 4- Sterne Hotel nicht so berauschend

Sehr schwierig zu beurteilen, Personal sehr freundlich, besonders im dazugehörigen Restaurant. Um 16:30 Uhr am Anreisetag noch nicht bezugsfertig, Restaurantrechnung kann nicht mit Hotelzimmer bezahlt werden. Rezeption am Abreisetag nicht besetzt, Zettel an der Tür am Abend noch zu bezahlen und Frühstück in einem kalten Tagungsraum, statt imRestaurant.
