Apartment of 58 m2 on the 2nd and last floor with a large balcony, facing south, living room of 30 m2, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 large 140 and 160 cm beds +1 umbrella bed, TV, bathroom, wifi, TV. Located very close to La Baule in a quiet residence (the heights of La Baule) with private parking, bicycle garage, located on a wooded park on the edge of the stirrup very popular with children for bicycle parties, (cycle paths all over the coast), pétanques, swimming pool in summer. Non-smoking accommodation, no pets, weekly rentals, arrivals and departures on Saturdays, leaving the premises clean. Provide towels, sheets, flat pillows, duvet covers. Very well maintained and very comfortable apartment.
