"I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat. Krakow is a cute little fishing village. The only negative was that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the last level. This is definitely a problem for someone who can't climb stairs like my 86 year old mom who just had hip replacement surgery. But once we made it up we just stayed in the room for the night. The breakfast was good the next morning. Again the staff was very pleasant."

"Great hotel. Best breakfast ever. Really nice staff and very Dog friendly. Only bad thing and perhaps that's a matter of preference, the beds are very hard and the cleaning person should see if the vacuum cleaner could go underneath them. I would recommend the hotel."
