GUIDEL PLAGE – Discover this charming 30 m² duplex cottage, ideally located in a holiday residence just 100 meters from the beach. Perfect for those seeking relaxation and leisure, this cottage is a true haven of peace.



Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals after a day in the sun. The bright, welcoming living room features a sofa bed for two, a dining table with chairs, and a TV for cozy evenings. There’s a shower room and separate toilet for your comfort and convenience.



Upstairs, the mezzanine is a real highlight, offering two single beds—perfect for children and ensuring everyone’s privacy. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, and make the most of the private terrace with sea view for lunches or evening drinks, comfortably seated on the outdoor furniture.



The residence offers a heated pool open from May 1st to September 30th, as well as a laundry room. Shops and restaurants are just 500 meters away.



Guidel’s beaches are famous for surfing!
