"We arrived and were grateful to see the property was not only exactly like the photos but exceeded expectations. A beautiful Xmas tree was set up which was greatly appreciated by young and old. We were only expecting the living area to be air conditioned but were so pleased that the games room and 2 bedrooms were also air conditioned. 4 units in total and so many fans. Other things we were grateful for - an extra fridge downstairs, high chair and cot, safety gates for the stairs. The property has everything you could need and has access to a great beach just across the road. We had a wonderful family Xmas here. "

"Absolutely stunning views and exceptional location. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or views. The house itself is a beach house and perfect for the location. What lets this property down is the cleanliness or lack of. The kitchen cupboards and benches were all dirty and sticky and so were the all the cooking products in the kitchen and also the kitchen table. The house needs a good scrub from top to bottom and to deal with the ant problem in the kitchen. "

"Overall we were okay with our stay. We didn't expect more than a pretty standard beach shack. The property and furniture was quite dated and the cleanliness of inside the shack was pretty average, but our intentions were just to sleep and have breakfast there, being out most of our holiday. Good for a budget conscious holiday."
