"We spent Easter at Ninetta's place with our adult children, partners and one grandchild. It was comfortable, laid back, and enjoyable. We loved being so close to the beach, walking and swimming every day. The view of the ocean and the horizon are uplifting, even from the edge of the bed in the morning.The house is old, with basic furnishings. The most appealing features are the location, views and lots of natural light through the upstairs living spaces and bedrooms.It was clean and tidy, the beds are reasonably comfortable, the hot water works, and the kitchen has the essential supplies.We would stay here again."

"The house was excellent for our group getaway to Guilderton. It is in a good location, nothing fancy but has all the basics, good spaces, good hot showers, clean and tidy. There was great communication with the hosts and everything was easy."

"Location and check in fine. Left over food found in the oven. Maggots everywhere and stench hard to bare. Cleaned it out ourselves for several hours on Friday. Smell lingered for much of the remaining stay. Food had clearly been there for a long time. "
