Your kindness and hospitality really made all the difference. We have stayed at Voco before, but this stay wasn't quite as good as our last. Breakfast was understaffed and took over half an hour to bring 2 poached eggs on toast, minus the toast. Poached eggs were hard. We did receive it for free when complained. Everything comfortable and in good working order in room."
