This spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped 160 m² house can accommodate a maximum of eight people. It has oil-fired central heating. On the ground floor there is a large, light-filled living/dining area (35m²) with fireplace, leather sofas, TV and DVD player. This room opens onto the sea-facing terrace and garden. The separate kitchen (17m²) was completely refurbished in 2018 and is fully equipped (5-burner cooker, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc). The ground floor also has a bedroom (14m²) with a 160cm double bed, as well as a separate WC, and a bathroom with shower/tub, in which there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has a total of four bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. The largest bedroom (23m²), with a beautiful sea view, has a 160 cm wide double bed, the second bedroom (20m²) has three 90 cm wide single beds and the third bedroom (11m²), also with a beautiful sea view, has a 110 cm wide single bed. A cot is also available. A second bathroom and separate WC are also located upstairs. All rooms (except the kitchen and bathrooms) have sea views with the Eckmühl lighthouse in the background.
The 25 m² private terrace adjoins the living room and faces the sea. It has garden furniture and a barbecue. You can relax and soak up the sun on the sun loungers in the garden. You can also enjoy the outdoor shower when you return from the beach. Your car can be parked to the side of the house (private), or in the street in front of the house.

The sea is less than 100 metres away. By pushing the gate at the bottom of the garden you have direct access to the sandy beach without having to cross a road. Other activities include windsurfing, diving, hiking in the hinterland, cycling and horse riding. You can discover chapels, megaliths and calvaries. Another attraction is the return of the coastal boats every evening, the unloading of the catch and its sale at the fish auction. The "Haliotika" exhibition in the harbour provides an insight into the maritime world. In summer, you can visit folk festivals to discover and appreciate the authenticity and richness of Brittany. The local gastronomy highlights the freshness of seafood, fish, shellfish, seaweed and the tradition of crêpes and galettes. Shops and restaurants are just 900 metres from the house.
