Completely renovated house with careful decoration in the small town of Guimaëc, the sea view is at the end of the garden. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with an eye on the sea below.

The house consists of a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the 2 terraces depending on the exposure to the wind and the sun.



The Space:

This house has 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

The ground floor is separated by a glass staircase, on one side the living and dining area and on the other the kitchen with a table ideal for sharing breakfast. The fireplace is functional.

You will also find a technical room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet and a shower room on the ground floor.

Household linen is included (tea towels, bath mats).

Cleaning option end of stay: €65 incl. tax

Double bed kit (bed linen and bathroom linen): €30 inc. tax/bed

Single bed kit (bed linen and bathroom linen): €25 inc. tax/bed

nAs for activity, you have a sailing and surfing school in Locquirec (2kms), a pony club, numerous beaches, the GR34 by the sea, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, local markets throughout the week.

From Plougasnou, you can embark for the island of Batz (dogs allowed) or for the Château du Taureau.



Access to the beach:

Poul Roudou beach - 10 /15 minutes on foot via the path which joins the GR

Vili Izella Beach - 35/40 minutes on foot via the path which joins the GR

Moulin de la Rive Beach in Locquirec - 6 minutes by car

Plougasnou Beach - 12 minutes by car



3 kilometers from Guimaëc, you will quickly reach the town and its shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher). The closest town to the house is Lanmeur, there you will find a supermarket with gas station, a medical center (less than 10 minutes by car from the house).

Région à visiter!

Superbe séjour en Bretagne avec des paysages magnifiques !Le littoral est à parcourir le long du sentier des douaniers. La maison très bien placée et confortable. Nous la conseillons vivement pour 5 ou 6 personnes, c'est parfait.

Maison bien équipé et bien située

Belle maison avec tout le confort et bien située pour faire de belles ballades. Il est quand même necessaire de marcher 15 bonnes minutes sur chemin pour rejoindre la plage la plus proche. Dommage qu il y a des traces d humidité sur les murs au rdc et fuite d eau de la salle de bain au premier étage.

Maison agréable au calme non loin du GR côtier

Belle maison confortable , rénovée et bien aménagée .Nous y avons passé un bon séjour malgré une météo très désagréable. Notre sympathique concierge, Boris, a été à l'écoute et très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions . Très efficace . Des petits problèmes ont émaillé notre séjour (réception télé nettement insuffisante faute de débit , hotte HS , odeur nauséabonde dans l'entrée ). Enfin il faut préciser que "l'accès direct à la mer" est une tournure légèrement excessive qui peut induire en erreur :très exactement un chemin creux qui démarre devant la maison mène au sentier côtier par lequel on accède à la plage en 15 mn de marche au total.
