Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order."

"Everything was great. Just cleaning level could be improved. Found the empty plastic bottle under the drawers. And the floor could be mopped."

"Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "
