It’s a clean hotel and staff are polite. The rooms are comfortable enough. This however didn’t feel stylish or remotely luxurious so I’m wondering why it’s classed as 4 star?

The staffs who I met are so kind and nice! It’s so impressive they treated us with manner. Room was clean and rest room was spacious
