"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. "There was a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia, however I was offered a free upgrade to a better room. The staff were very accommodating to all my requests, the apartment was probably the best I've stayed in including a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and rest room. There was also a balcony with table and seating. Complimentary water was provided. There was even a lazyboy recliner. We did buy some drinks from the bar, be aware that you had to take the drinks back to your room rather than drink them at the bar."
