"The property is run-down, there is no dining on site, the bathroom was terrible, and the staff was not available in morning to physically check out."

"My stay here was great as I was initially disappointed, the hotel I usually frequent was not available. This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised! The gym was clean and had useful equipment. The onsite restaurant and bar were very nice and accommodating not to mention the Starbucks! The staff were also very friendly. My room over looked the Bay and the huge wall to wall floor to ceiling windows made that view even better!"

"Didn't give us the room we reserved and got stuck with a king bed for family of four because they were all out of rooms with 2 queens. "

"It was very noisy but maybe it was just an unusual weekend. There seemed to be a lot of sorority/fraternity parties going on. It was hectic to get an elevator and we waited 45 minutes for our car. The staff seems very patient and nice. The room was fine except for the noise level. "
