"Amazing stay! Really an oasis in the jungle. We both slept very well and spent hours relaxing in the hammocks reading and listening to the jungle sounds. The room was very comfortable and the surroundings was beautiful. The perfect relaxing start to our Yucutan adventure. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room, the swimming pool and the hosts. Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

8/10 Good

"The party atmosphere was great, but the staff has been greatly reduced. This made it more difficult for prompt service. This was especially true at the pool bars. The food was average although the buffet was as good as any restaurant. Many restaurants were closed on a rotating basis. The beach was not cleared of seaweed. .The rooms are clean but the floors are slippery. The staff was wonderful and that is why we go back."

"Great place to relax or to have lots of fun with entertainment during the day and various nightly shows that were amazing. We had the walk out pool with a comfy patio, Mario our waiter pampered us with top notch service, he was helpful with our special requests and went out of his way always🙏 this hotel is very Easy to get around to all restaurants and no need to reserve dinner reservations, we will be back"

"Everything was super clean at all times. All amenities were well kept. Staff members were friendly and eager to assist! I would highly recommend! Only down side is the beach but, we’re not huge on beach so we didn’t mind it. However, having a pretty water beach would make this place superior!!! The resort makes up for it though. There is so much to do for people of all ages. Food is good some is even delicious if you find the right spots. Shows are incredible. We just got home and we can’t wait to go back!"

"The Reserve was amazing! The staff , all of them simply kind and attentive. Our Concierge Jared did great, took care of us , and the Sunset cruise was awesome!!!! Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Thank you to Gustavo from Kao made it an awesome dinner experience, also the waiters at Blue Agave, our favorite restaurant"

"This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation."
