"Everything was perfect, from Pilar's welcome to the last day.The villa is incredible, with every amenity you could wish for.The pool is a 15-second walk away, and we were almost always alone there.The villa provides plenty of toys for the children, as well as beach chairs.In short, I highly recommend this villa."

The property is sell-situated in Puerto Morelos, we walked to the city centre and walked to the resort next door to a wedding we were attending. Great room with full amenities. Host and property manager were super responsive and helpful during our stay with tips & tricks. Highly recommended."

"We enjoyed the trip very much. Beautiful and convenient location. However There are some issues you will need to fix. Can’t lock the patio doors upstairs or on main floor. This is a major security problem that had our party concerned. The front door was broken for our entire stay. The blinds were never repaired. Mario was an excellent cook. The AC worked very well. Outside was a construction zone with sand and dirt. The bus was a very useful service which we used a lot."

"The house was perfect for our group of 14. Easy to get to places but also fun to just hang out at the house. Rooms were all decent sized and comfortable. We ran into a couple minor issues but the property management was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back here."
