Ms. Brenda Ms. Deidra in house keeping, and Ms. Aretha Wallace’s room service/ highlight sports bar. Not to mention management for guests services that I spoke with morning of Jan. 2nd so sorry I don’t remember your name but I’ll never forget you within 30 mins your grace took over you made sure I didn’t want nor need for anything. The one thing I usually have an issue with is the “bed” quality in a stay away from home and the mattress in Master was high quality and all linens were very nice.
