With a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests, offering ample space for everyone. The unit boasts an open concept design, with the kitchen seamlessly flowing into the living and dining space. From there, step out onto the balcony with partial Gulf views, complete with a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen has a Keurig/Standard combo coffee maker for your convenience. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, while the second floor is dedicated to an extra hangout space. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.
