Gorgeous Beachfront; Walk to restaurants!

  • This beautiful, oceanfront condo features amazing views inside and out. It is modern and comfortable and has been updated with new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings. Just Beach Inn is located on the 7th floor and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a queen sofa sleeper comfortably sleeping 6.

    This vacation condo is furnished with your comfort in mind. In addition to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and snow-white beaches, the living room offers a queen sleep sofa and recliner for comfortable seating. You'll also find a 50" TV. The primary suite features a King bed, TV, and ensuite bath. The second King room has TV and en suite also. There is a full size washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen.

    The dining area features a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has all you'll need for those nights when you choose to dine in. You'll find a built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator w/ice maker and is fully equipped with small appliances such as toaster and blender. The kitchen has ample counter space and lots of cookware and kitchenware.

    Surfside Shores is one of the most desired condo destinations in the Gulf Shores area. Guests enjoy features like easy access to the beach and pools. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. A BBQ area, available to guests, is located on the gulf side of the complex between the 2 pools. There are also bathrooms available by the pools,

    * Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

    Just Beach Inn comes with two parking passes.
    Parking passes are strictly limited to only 2 per unit, per the condo complex.
    Please make other arrangements for additional vehicles.
    No RV's, trailers, or boats are allowed in the condo parking lot.

The property was clean and well maintained. We are a family of four and there was ample space for us all to relax and enjoy our stay! The beds were comfortable (some of the most comfortable we have had the luck of encountering on recent vacations) and the kitchen was adequately stocked. For those who *know* and who have been vacationing on /around The Gulf for years, it is important to note that the water pressure was great in both showers. The balcony was large and the closet with water items/chairs was a great bonus! All appliances ran well (Bonus: The coffee maker was GREAT) and we had no issues we needed to contact our host regarding for the entirety of our stay. The host supplied two parking passes, with most condos requiring an additional fee to purchase these upon arrival. We never had issues finding parking during our stay, which fell during the 4th of July peak. While there is only 1 elevator, it was relatively fast and we never had a long wait time. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable and well decorated unit that had everything we needed to relax and enjoy family time!

The property was as listed. It was very clean. It was a great location. You take the elevator to the first floor, across the lobby and then on the walkway to the beach. It was very nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. We did laundry half way through and did not have to pack so much. The only suggestion I could make was to provide a few more towels and wash clothes so you did not have to do laundry so fast. Thanks for letting us use your fabulous property. I think we will be back next year.
