An amazing vacation location!!! Private vacation home located in the heart of Gulf Shores and in walking distance to many restaurants, shops, ice cream, and mini golf. Beautiful white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico are just across the street!! Walk to the Hangout and Shrimp festivals - only blocks away! Gulf Place - main public beach area in walking distance. This home comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests with a queen bed in primary bedroom, 4 twins (2 bunk beds) in guest room and a sleeper sofa in living room. Two full bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances - stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. to prepare basic meals. A short drive away from Gulf State Park and fishing pier (1 mile), Waterville (1 mile), and Tanger Outlets in Foley(9 miles)!!!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free Wi-Fi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor sun deck with seating.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Gulf Shores

Rental is in a excellent location, Gulf state park has many hiking and biking trails. Many restaraunts in walking distance and several with happy hour. The beaches are beautiful with an amazing sunrise.

Great stay, perfect location

This house had everything we needed for being first-time snowbirds. The location is great for walking to local restaurants, shops and the beach. We enjoyed the front deck table and chairs for outdoor dining and afternoon sunning. Overall it's a pretty, quiet area without the noise of the main strip a block away. Also, a good sized yard for our dog to chase her ball!

Awesome Beach cabin

This place was perfection. It's right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the beach as well as all the sites in town. I would love to stay here again.

Great stay in a perfect location!

We stayed for a week with two adults and 3 young kids. Honestly, the location was perfect on the east side of the island where we could walk to the beach and to the main strip if needed. We mostly cooked meals and had everything we needed right there. This place was perfect for what we are looking for.

Family beach vacation

Great stay! We were able to walk everywhere. Only downside was active construction in the front and could not get TV to work but that would not keep us from coming back. Had an awesome time! And pet friendly was a plus.

A winter respite

The property was just what we needed. Close to the beach, the state park and our friends. We happened to hit the coldest eeek of the year but Shonna stayed in touch to make sure that we were comfortable. We had a very nice stay.

Cute beach house and awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay in the quaint neighborhood just minutes from shopping and our teenage daughters could walk 2 blocks to the beach. Clean, nicely furnished with comfortable beds, and kitchen with everything we needed. Our little dog liked the yard too. We hope to return again soon.

Weekend Trip

We stayed here for a long weekend while kids competed at state gymnastics competition. The house was great with plenty of space for us, our 3 kids and 2 dogs. It was very clean with starter amounts of all kitchen and bathroom essentials.The best part of all is the location and is walking distance from the heart of Gulf Shores. We will definitely consider this location again in the future.Property manager is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Beach Cottage

Perfect beach cottage for a short stay with 2 dogs! Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Only downside was the dog that lives behind this home as it would rush the fence at any time of day/night when taking our dogs out to potty. Overall would recommend as a pet friendly location!

October vacay

Property was very nice and clean. The owner Shonna was so nice even though I couldn't figure out the lock code. (My fault) She responded back quickly when I texted. It was 3 adults and 2 children and we had my dog. We all had plenty of room. We would definitely stay with her again.

Wonderful Time

Great location. Was able to walk to the Hangout and shops. Water lines and road construction still being done during our stay. It did not hinder our stay. The door that key pad lock is on could use a light but other than that no complaints.

Very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was great. The house was close to all of the shops restaurants and the ocean. We walked to everything. This trip will always be remembered. The hangout was a great restaurant they had the best food. Also Waterville USA was a very nice water park. The ocean was beautiful and so was the rental property. Overall this trip was a 10/10 easily. We will be back

Great Service

Property manager was great. The house was cleaned very well before our arrival. Any questions I had or concerns she was quick to reply and help in any way. There is still road construction but two of the days were rained out and thankfully they didn't do much work besides us so it wasn't awful. You are two blocks from the beach. If you do bring a family pick up extra toilet paper 😂. Overall good experience and awesome location. Wish I would have picked for sunnier days but we had two of four lol This was definitely one of the more affordable options for a family and a dog. I appreciate this listing being available for dogs and families. Keep up the good work ☺️

Construction killed it.

Road and driveway under construction. Sand everywhere on and in vehicle after rain. Cabin was older but clean. I had to clean car for 1 1/2 hours after rain came through and we took on sand and grime in construction. No mention in description of construction. On a positive note location is great but view of ocean is very limited.

Nice place, conveniently located, awkward layout

The house was very clean. It’s location was perfect for beach access if we went through a condo’s beach entrance (we had permission). It is very conveniently located for all the things, such as Gulf Shores State Park, The Hangout, bike rentals, amusement parks, crap stores (souvenirs), and lots or restaurants/bars. This is very obviously an investment property. Pretty sure nobody has ever actually lived there. The doors in the master bedroom are placed awkwardly. The place is lacking electrical sockets. The bunk bed room is tiny with no drawers for clothes. There is a small closet with an electrical socket inside. The living room furniture was pretty uncomfortable. Every place I have stayed at through these rental sites have provided basic essentials…. Dish detergent and soap, coffee filters, laundry tabs, Etc. This place did not. The owner let me know a day in advance that the washer wasn’t working. Because of this, we had to reassess our packing. With kids in tow, a washer is definitely required in my opinion. We probably wouldn’t stay here again. There are lots of other options.
