Compass Point 209 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores. The condo is approximately 1,248 sq ft with amazing views of Little Lagoon. The condo boasts panoramic water views from two private balconies. In 2021, numerous updates include but not limited to; new flooring, new granite counter tops throughout, new cabinets and new stacked washer/dryer. The primary bath shower was replaced in 2020. King, King, Queen, Sofa Sleeper. 21-year age limit.
Compass Point is a 9-story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from the Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon side outdoor pool with lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. This property is a hidden gem in Gulf Shores offering a peaceful setting on Little Lagoon and just a short walk to the sugar white sands of the Alabama Gulf Coast. There is a 2-car limit. Winter guest parking is $50 per month.
