Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 21st floor.

The brand new pickleball court is now open!

Features include:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six, with four bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• Living area features a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom features two queen-size beds

• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.

• Strict NO SMOKING property, except in designated areas in the parking garage

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

“ Exceeding Expectations”

My wife and I loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and clean. The only thing better than being so close to the beach was the large and lovely balcony on which to enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf, feel the breeze, and be lulled by the sounds of the surf.

We had an amazing stay at the Phoenix! The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious for 3 families meeting up in Gulf Shores for vacation. The location was perfect being right on the beach with an amazing balcony view. We didn’t want to leave!

Beach Trip

We had a great stay here! We never had to reach out regarding any problems, and everyone loved the roomy condo. We loved watching the sea animals from the balcony every morning! Owners are very nice and they even called after our arrival to check in on us.

Facility is very family friendly and fits desires for all ages of kids. Condo is extremely spacious and comfortable but low on dishes and cookware for large families. Lots of security codes and doors. Maybe a bit too much. Clean Beach beach

Great experience. I will go back. Great access to the beach. . The pillows are too hard and hurts your neck. King size mattress sinks to the middle. Tile around indoor pool is slippery. Our kids fell several times walking around the pool. This will be a law suit. Heads up.

This condo was great! The view alone is priceless! So clean and felt like home away from home! We also took advantage of some of the free passes of activities, note it’s only 1 free ticket a day, but still great. The only feedback I would have is to improve the internet connection and make it password protected. Families with baby cameras won’t be able to connect to the WiFi without it having a password, so we had to turn our cell phones into hotspots.
