The main level is the heart of the home, featuring a wall of windows that frames breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf beyond. A massive dining table anchors the space, allowing everyone to dine together while soaking in the scenery. Additional counter seating ensures there’s room for the entire group to gather comfortably.

The well-appointed kitchen is a dream for group meals, with a unique oversized prep counter that works equally well for cooking, serving, or casual buffet-style dining. This level also includes a large pantry, a full-size washer and dryer, and a full bathroom for added convenience.

On the second level, the primary suite offers a true escape. Enjoy a king-size bed, private balcony access, and a spacious ensuite bath complete with a garden tub, double vanity, stall shower, and private water closet.

Also on this level are two additional king bedrooms that share a well-appointed hall bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for guests.

The third level is ideal for families or larger groups, featuring a king bedroom and an expansive bunk room. The bunk room includes two triple twin bunk beds, along with a full-over-full bunk and a twin trundle—plenty of space for kids or extra guests.

Perfect for large groups

We were very pleased with our stay. We had a large group full of adults and children. We enjoyed the large inside space, large table and private beach. Renters were very responsive. Easy check in and out process!

The location and the beach access were excellent. I did not think that the bedrooms were very well furnished. Only one bedroom had a chest of drawers or a dresser. I would suggest that the cleaning crew not use fabuloso or whatever the cleaning solution was. It was so strong that it was almost nauseating. The microwave had been cleaned with it and could not be used because anything you put in the microwave taste like fabuloso. But the agent was very responsive and sent us a new microwave immediately. The agents we talked to at Coastal View during the week were wonderful about everything.

Almost perfect!!!

Beautiful home and perfect location. The view is amazing from both balconies. I love to cook and was glad to have everything one would need. Plenty of dishes and silverware as well. The only issue is it’s a duplex. I’m sure that’s not usually a problem but if there’s a group of teens next door to you that run up and down the stairs you will hear them.

Reviewer Comments: The living room rug was wet, you could tell they had just mopped before we got there- and that’s ok...just not ok to have a soaking wet rug. The doors out onto the balcony on the main floor don’t really stay closed if it’s windy. You have to dead bolt it. Tons of air flows through non stop. The dryer doesn’t work too well and leave lint all over everything. The beds are super loud, but ok for a week stay.

Beach was great. It was clean and nice to walk up and down. The house is large and accommodated our family well. The table was perfect for meals and games. Saw dolphins and plenty of birds from the decks. Was disappointed in property upkeep. Water stains in ceiling, tub drain in middle bathroom slow and filled with water, two bathrooms had a drain that was not pulled out of tub, 1 toilet paper roll holder was not even in the wall, 1 window could not even shut in great room, the others do not open, hand railing needs painting, no blinds in great room facing the beach, blinds broke in one bathroom, etc. I was thinking at this price point things would be a little more upkept. Cleanliness - At least 2 beds had sand and other people's body hair in upon check-in. We washed. Windows were so dirty we washed because we were there for the view, toothpaste and other stains on vanity upon check-in. Noise-1st night we had neighbors and did not hear much, then the duplex on the other side was vacant until the last 2 nights we had new neighbors and it was LOUD. Not sure what can be done about, but just be prepared to not sleep if your neighbors are up and down the stairs. Felt like we were in their portion. I sounds like I am complaining a lot, but these are our honest feelings and feel that others that are renting should be aware. We were not and it started our vacation off on a bad note.

The house was a little different than what I thought it was going to be and had a weird smell which I figured was paint but it served the purpose and we had a great time and a great stay. Labor Day Getaway

Perfect Location

This property and property management was awesome! We loved the area of Fort Morgan! The property was far enough out that there was no crowd but close enough to drive in if we wanted to do something. The communication with the property management could not have been better! If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family, this is the place!
