Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, etc! Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores! Central location on East 2nd Avenue right off of Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway). Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. 2 bedrooms (1 king/ 1 queen) and 1 full bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Sun deck.
Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, mini golf, activities, festivals, and the main public beach. Quick and easy drive to other local attractions including Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores Zoo, Waterville USA, outlet shopping, OWA Amusement Park, etc.

Washer/dryer combination inside the unit.

This property was perfect for our stay in Gulf Shores. It was walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Mikee’s . It was close enough to the State Park to ride our bikes from the property to the trails in the park. There is also a nice dog park about a mile away for our fur babies to enjoy.

Great location

The house was perfect place for my daughter’s softball weekend. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again next year.

Perfect location to walk to the beach and all that gulf shores has to offer!! 3 blocks from the souvenir shops and multiple restaurants not to mention the dollar general 10/10 would recommend and we will be back next year!

The property was just like the pictures, the location was great only a 3 minute walk to the beach, and pretty close to other places like restaurants, convenience stores and gift shops. The host was responsive and polite. Would book again.

So happy with our stay

We had such a great 3 day visit and having the perfect place to stay made that happen. We loved being close enough to walk everywhere...beach, shops, food and even a wildlife sanctuary where we saw an alligator! The home was so convenient, clean and very comfortable!! This house was super clean and had all the things we needed. It was located close enough to the beach we could walk as well as several nice places to eat and a dollar general for the little things we forgot. I would absolutely rent this property again!

This stay was for a fishing trip. I was able to park my boat along with my truck. The location was great. The price was good too. The house itself could use a few minor repairs that I’m sure will be fixed since tourist season is over.

Not the fanciest place we've stayed but very reasonably priced and location was near to events we were attending. The interior is showing some wear and tear but was clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable (I would rate mattresses as medium firmness). As others mentioned, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would help with comfort. We will likely stay here again next time we are in town for an event.

We loved being able to walk everywhere especially to the beach. The property is clean. I will say that you definitely need to bring extra toilet paper and towels. Other than that, we look forward to booking again.

The location was perfect for our stay. Overall a great property but a couple of recommendations: it would have been helpful to have a broom, toaster and some dish soap. Also the shower curtain liner is too long and has the potential for causing falls in the shower.

Great time at Gulf Shores

The property was very comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with dishware, glasses, utensils, & cooking pans. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great! The bedrooms were also nicely decorated and had comfortable beds - though we only slept in one of them! Importantly, the beach was less than a five-minute walk from the house, and good restaurants abounded. We highly recommend this rental.

First time we decided to stay off the beach and it turned out to be a great idea. The add says 10 minutes from the beach but it’s actually closer than that. Extremely close to restaurants and all the fun you can stand.

My husband and I needed a short getaway and loved the duplex. Clean and up to date. Two blocks from beach with paved sidewalks. Easy beach access with water sprays to remove sand. A beautiful treasure. We’ll be back.

Short stay, three nights Location absolutely great, off main roads so easy in and out while quiet/no traffic, 3 short blocks to beach, easy walk to several good restaurants, quick drive to many more Amenities were good, agree with review about length of shower curtain, bar should be raised 3 or 4 inches to eliminate the tripping/fall hazard; would recommend bringing/buying your own TP, single ply stuff provided not very good. Definitely recommended!

The unit is in a great location, about two blocks/five minute walk to the beach. It's a little dated, but had great A/C and a really nice washer/dryer combo. As stated in the notice, only one starter roll of TP and paper towels, so be prepared to take/buy more. Limited towels, but can wash as needed, but have extra detergent/dryer sheets on hand. Limited TV channels, but at the beach that's not an issue for us. Could use some upgrades in bathroom and bedding, but sufficient for what we needed.

Walking distance to just about everything

Clean unit that you share other half of building. Definitely close to beach, restaurants/bars, shops. You cannot walk your fur kids on the beach But everywhere else you can. Not much in the way of extra amenities so bring toilet paper, roll toweling, kleenex, all purpose cleaner & only 4 bath towels but a nice washer and dryer (bring detergent) If you cook, not even salt and pepper. Would I go back, probably not but only because there are too many stairs to climb to get to the unit.
